Returns & refunds

Change of mind happens, and so do faults. Here's how returns work — starting with the rights Australian law gives you that no store policy can take away.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Everything we sell comes with consumer guarantees that apply automatically — products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description. These guarantees can't be excluded, and nothing on this page reduces them.

If a product has a major failure, you choose the remedy: a refund or a replacement. We will never force store credit on you for a faulty product. For minor failures, we'll repair, replace or refund.

Keep your proof of purchase — the tax invoice we email with every order is enough.

Change of mind

On top of your legal rights, we may accept change-of-mind returns. The window, the condition the product must be in and who pays return postage are set out in our terms and conditions.

Change-of-mind returns are extra to your Australian Consumer Law rights, never instead of them.

How to start a return

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and assessed the return. Every refund comes with a credit note that references your original tax invoice.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

Contact us straight away and we'll arrange assessment and your remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product fails a consumer guarantee, the cost of returning it is on us.
